It has taken most of this year to get a new version of our favourite all-purpose shorts to market, and get a few more lined up for the New Year. Whatever it is about Nzo that appeals to people who become our customers, the durability of our products seems to figure in it.

This week we slapped together a clip featuring a fraction of the t shirt graphics we have had the fun of producing over the last quarter century.

Around here the time has come for stepping directly out of the office footwear and into the bike shoes and hitting the trails without changing anything else about the outfit. Well, that is if your office outfit is Dobies and a T shirt.

This week one of our mates shared a fond farewell message she was directing to her Deanos, the first piece of Nzo kit she ever had, procured long before we got acquainted and became friends.

We’ll admit it. There are definite upsides to be in the business of bike stuff, and near to a whole heap of trails. People tell us we are very lucky, and we can’t disagree.

We get a lot of emails asking various questions, and among the most frequent is “what should I order, Dobies or Sifters?”  The question usually includes a fairly detailed explanation of the living habits of the prospective customer.

I was pretty stoked to hear from an Nzo fan in the states recently, telling us how much he loves his Sifters. He took them out on the trail for a test drive, too! Here’s what he had to say.

Last year we celebrated two decades of Nzo. That means this year marks the coming of age of our most unruly offspring, the shorts we call Dobies.
