Everything ships from Rotorua, New Zealand.
NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS:
The cost to you is $10, and the delivery is usually next business day, sometimes the day after for places that are off the beaten track.
AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS:
The cost is $22NZ, shipping takes a week to ten days.
USA CUSTOMERS:
The shipping cost is $30NZ, or about $20US, and takes 7-14 days.
EVERYBODY ELSE:
The shipping cost is $50NZ, time frame is 7-21 days.
