The fabric has a very soft texture on the inside, and a durable abrasion resistant finish on the outside.

A seamless crotch gusset allows freedom of movement for pedalling.

Hand pockets are positioned to fold flat when you are riding, two side zip pockets on the leg are big enough for a phone, keys, a shuttle or lift pass and a bar or two.

The zip pockets are positioned so that cargo hangs low and to the back of your leg, basically out of the way.

The zip pockets are lined with mesh so they will double as vents if that is what you like.

Sifters are machine washable, use a cold wash and put them in with similar colours.

Do not bleach, please don't tumble dry and no dry cleaning!

What’s the difference between Sifters and Dobies?
Great question (we get this one a lot!) Both are awesome all-round trail shorts, but Dobies are lightly padded and a touch more “deluxe”, while Sifters are unpadded and a bit more minimalist. Dobies are your go-to for longer rides or multi-day adventures; Sifters shine when you want something light, quick, and versatile.

Are Sifters unisex?
Yep! Sifters are designed to fit both men and women comfortably. They feature stretch fabrics and a very adjustable waist that adapt to a wide range of body shapes.

Do Sifters have padding?
Sifters don't have padding built in, but you can team them up with Cruiseliners, or our Deano bibshorts. Sifters have a seamless crotch gusset designed to work well with pedalling, and the Nzo gang are inclined to wear them with cotton or merino short leg undies. We don't reckon mountain bike riding needs much in the way of padding, but we are here for you if you do!

What are Sifters made from?
Sifters are built from a clever Nzo fabric we call NzoFlex. It's a quick-dry nylon/elastane blend with serious durability and heaps of four-way stretch.
This stuff makes Sifters tough, flexible, and ridiculously comfortable.

How should I wash them?
Keep it super simple by machine washing with like colours, ditch the dry cleaner and tumble dryer and hang them out ready for your next ride.

Is Olive a Limited Edition?
Whenever we produce a batch of our shorts or pants in black we usually make a smaller quantity in colours we think are good. This batch of Sifters in Olive is likely to be repeated, but we may not always be able to keep it in stock.
